“My experience working with Philip was disappointing. Throughout the process, I felt there was an excessive need to control not only the transaction itself but also my financial decisions. Communication often felt more confrontational than collaborative, which made an already stressful process more difficult. At one point, I decided to end the working relationship, but after being encouraged to give things another chance, I agreed to continue. Unfortunately, after I thanked him and tried to move forward professionally, I received a lengthy personal message expressing anger about the situation and stating he no longer wanted any kind of friendship.
